I worked with Andy for several months to help sell my friend's condominium in Las Vegas. The first buyer backed out, but Andy put another deal together with a new buyer. This transaction was complicated because my friend's wife was out of state and incapacitated and was not able to sign documents. My friend had planned to sign for her using his power of attorney, but it was over ten years old and the title company would not accept it. Andy explored several different ways to get the deal closed, and finally advised my friend to get a new power of attorney signed. Andy helped him through every step of the process, and the sale closed in July 2013. This turned out to be a more complicated deal than anyone anticipated. Andy Stahl was the agent from heaven! We had our Nevada home listed for 6 months with another agent, with barely a showing. Once Andy listed it we had several showings and it was under contract within two months! Andy went above and beyond, considering that I live in Dallas, TX and could not be there to oversee the condition of our house. He made weekly trips to the property, staged it, repaired trees, fixed door locks, replaced fire alarm batteries, attempted Christmas lights, and did everything that was necessary to keep the house beautiful and attractive. I can't say enough great stuff about Andy. I have worked with him twice, referred friends to him many times, and consider him a friend. He's AWESOME. I know that sometimes Andy is very busy with his other clients, but I have never had an email or a text missed within a reasonable time. I never felt left hanging. My only complaint is that he's not licensed in our now state to help us find another home!
